Radix Nutrition was designed to be simple to use. We believe that to be a truly effective product you should be able to take it with you wherever you go and prepare a meal with minimal effort practically anywhere. We hope we have achieved this – nevertheless, we continue to work on improving it every day.

How to Prepare Radix

1. Tear open the meal pack and remove the oxygen absorber.

2. Follow your product specific instructions on the back label to add the correct amount and temperature of water. (Water volume required for rehydration ranges from 175mL to 250mL. The water temperature is recommended hot for main meals and either cold or warm for breakfasts).

3. Stir thoroughly and reseal.

4. Wait for rehydration, tear the second seal to create a bowl and ENJOY!

Breakfast meals are ready immediately.

Main meals are ready within 10 minutes of rehydration.
